Key Achievements

1970   Medical Education was from Thanjavur Medical College-Thanjavur-Tamil Nadu. Graduated in 1977, with a MBBS Degree from Madras University.

1978   Served as a Medical Officer at Penang General Hospital- Pulau Pinang, Malaysia.

1980   Selected into the Malaysian Armed Force (medical division) as a Captain, serving along the Malaysian-Thailand border control against the communist insurgency.

1983   Medical officer in charge joe Fernandez, Malaysia.

1985   Appointed as a Project consultant for a disposable medical-devices project in Madras-India under OKURA CO.LTD -JAPAN.

1986   Presented public issue (share market) press report sessions for the Japanese Company at Madras, Bombay, New Delhi and Calcutta.

1992   Partnered with Pharmaplan-Germany, as a senior project consultant for a disposable medical-device project at Madras-India.

1998   Joined Lam Wah Ee Specialist Hospital Penang, In the Accident & Emergency (A.E) Department.

2001   Incorporation of Salinee HealthCare SDN BHD and Acquired Clinic Joe Fernandez in Juru, Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang. It's a family medicine and a primary healthcare clinic. Clinic Joe Fernandez is associated with Joe Fernandez Group of clinics in North-Malaysia, anchoring as one of the biggest groups with sixty clinics.

2012   Founded the first Green Revolution; cost saving teleradiology system in Malaysia and Asean to screen tuberculosis and lung diseases in real time, for all migrant workers entering Malaysia. A Vision leading to be the largest digital teleradiology system.

2013   Recognized as one of the leading and experts on imaging Technology (Teleradiology) in Malaysia. Pioneer in Teleradiology and widely recognized as a thought leader in health services, research in Teleradiology. Presented Teleradiology papers, presentation on how to reduce, the rate of tuberculosis among migrant workers coming to Malaysia. Instrumental in presenting Digital Radiology at various scientific meetings on medical imaging, under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, Malaysia

Life member of The Malaysian Medical Association, and has given more than 15 presentations since 2012 to various radiological seminars in Teleradiology was duty elected as a corresponding member to the world leading, privileged Radiological society of North America (R.S.N.A) AT Chicago- United States of America

2016 MARCH
Medical Laboratory: - Acquired Northern Medical Laboratory SDN BHD, and upgraded the laboratory to ISO Standards, providing, tests for infectious diseases, urine tests and drug tests embedded with Laboratory Information System (LIS).

Serving as a role model and pioneer in Teleradiology in Malaysia Salinee Teleradiology System was awarded the distinguished award, which carries the tittle of Dato' (DIMP) by the Former King of Malaysia, Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta'in Billah ibni Almarhum Sultan Abu Bakar Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mu’azzam Shah.
